MASSAGE OILS - MUSCLES, CONGESTION, EXERCISE

 Enliven Body & Mind After Exercise Massage Oil  To help reduce any inflammation or muscle spasm and reduce stiffness,   make this blend.  4 tsp sweet almond oil or any other carrier oil you like using.   4 drops cypress EO 2 drops  lemon EO 2 drops  rosemary  EO 1 drop eucalyptus EO Muscle Strain Cold Compress For strained muscles,  add 1 drop of  peppermint EO to a bowl of ice water and agitate.   Place a cloth in the water. RADIANT SKIN

  Apple & Geranium Facial Scrub  RADIANT SKIN 1 heaped tsp oatmeal 2 tsp mashed or pureed raw apple. Geranium EO  2 Drops Juniper EO  1 Drop A little pure water or pure apple juice to bind and mix.  Skin lacking vitality and a healthy glow benefits from a treatment that stimulates blood flow to the face and helps enhance the renewal and repair of the skin.  Cleanse away all make up. Exfoliation 2/3 times a week  ( less for dry skin types) stimulates the removal of dead skin cells.  Using gentle circular motions, apply the scrub but avoid the eyes and concentrate on the oily spots around the nose, chin and forehead  Leave on for a few minutes, then rinse off with warm water.  Splash with very cold water and pat dry with a soft towel.    Pamper yourself  with a little EO attention and give your skin a radiant Glow.
